Ms. Janaki Bhat (Vice President – Operations)
After graduating from the Institute of Hotel Management, Mumbai, Janaki worked in the hospitality industry before joining Shaw Hotels & Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. and has been with the company for over 15 years. She oversees the day-to-day operations of Shaw. From initial client conversations to project planning and up to execution.
In her time off, she loves to travel, read, bake, and explore new restaurants.
Simone Fernandes (Asst. Vice President - HR & Quality)
After completing her MBA – HR from Symbiosis Pune, Simone worked in various industries in the Human Resource department. However, after an acquaintance introduced her to Shaw’s Director, she was immediately drawn to the Mystery Shopping industry. She has worked with us for over 13 years. She plays a dual role in the Organisation – HR aspect and oversees project planning and execution.
She is an avid dog lover, loves to listen to music, has some serious dancing skills, and always is on the lookout to try new restaurants and cuisines.
Ms. Genesia Parerra (Asst. Vice President - Quality)
Genesia graduated from the Institute of Hotel Management, Mumbai, and has been with Shaw since 2007. She manages several large clients and has grown with the organization. She oversees projects right from planning and coordination to presentation making. She handles Employee Engagement Projects as well. She cleared her MBA from the esteemed Welingkars Institute of Management while working with Shaw Hotels & Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd.
In her free time, she likes to try out new baking recipes, go for walks, travel, and watch shows on Netflix/ Hotstar.
Mr. Shailesh Sanzgiri (Principal Consultant & Trainer)
A competent professional, Shailesh has built a successful career spanning over 4 decades of qualitative and enriching experience in hotel management, corporate planning, facility planning, marketing, business development, events, and promotions in the hospitality industry. He has worked with major hotel companies, including Taj Mahal Hotel Mumbai and Hotel Corporation of India. He has held senior-level positions with Oberoi Airport Services Mumbai, The Ambassador Hotel Mumbai, The Duke’s Retreat Khandala, and Alcon Hotels Goa, leading teams to success in high profile projects. Specializing in Hospitality & Hotel Management in India and Japan, he was evaluated to have earned a Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Hotels and Restaurant Management in the United States of America.
Shailesh has the expertise in designing & implementing training programs for bringing keen customer focus, high energy level, and team spirit in the employees. Multi-lingual and a skilled negotiator, he has spent most of his working life in the corporate environment. He has hands-on experience of seeing the benefits of implementing the maxim of work/life balance at all levels in the workplace.
Shailesh has been working with Shaw since 2013 and presently looks after the implementation of mystery shopping projects, client association, and Training.
Shailesh enjoys reading, cooking, photography, following various sports, and traveling.
