Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)

We conduct face-to-face, telephonic, email, WhatsApp interviews of your customers. We create tailor-made questionnaires for all our clients to suit their needs covering all customer experience and other aspects. The responses are entered into our online portal, and the results are computed. A detailed and tailor-made presentation is submitted. Our surveys also collect benchmark data against the competition.

Employee Satisfaction Surveys 

Studies have shown that staff/employees are more comfortable sharing feedback about their workplace/employers with 3rd party/outside agencies.

We conduct Employee Satisfaction Surveys at the organization premises/telephonic/email/WhatsApp for staff at various levels. We create mutually agreed forms/checklists, and the data is uploaded into our online reporting system, where the results are compiled and shared. Employee data i.e. name of the employee who gave the feedback is kept anonymous in such surveys, and no employee contact data is captured at the time of taking the feedback as well.

Retailer Satisfaction Index
(RSI for Malls)

Retailer Satisfaction Surveys are specifically for retailers who take store space in the Mall. This survey is conducted at two levels:

1. Store Manager (performed at the Mall itself by meeting the Store Manager)
2. Head Office (conducted telephonically)

We create mutually agreed forms/checklists, and the data is uploaded into our online reporting system, where the results are compiled and shared.
